Losing her mother reshapes a woman’s inner world in ways that are often profound,
complex, and deeply personal. Whether your mother died recently or many years
ago, and regardless of the quality of your relationship with her, her absence can
echo through identity, relationships, milestones, and the way you understand
yourself.
This practice is a space where your grief is honoured, and your story unfolds at your
pace.
- A compassionate, grounded therapeutic relationship
- A trauma informed, attachment aware approach
- A space where your mother’s story and your story both matter
- A focus on meaning, identity, and emotional integration
- Your story leads the way
- You set the pace
- Your boundaries are respected
- Your grief is valid, no matter the nature of your relationship with your mother
